The hotel's location was ideal with quick access to Mangga Besar street and the train station. Staff were helpful, assisting me with transportation and fixing a toilet issue promptly. the hotel was very clean and had several nearby supermarkets.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. the staff went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, even buying our train tickets and driving us to the station. the location was also great, just a short walk from the bus station and many supermarkets nearby.
There were some negative aspects of the hotel. there were a few things that were broken in the room.

The location of the hotel was excellent, offering immediate access to street food and convenience stores. There were also supermarkets nearby for any needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering assistance with train tickets and even driving us to the train station.
There were some maintenance issues with the room. The shower lacked hot water and there were a lot of broken items.

The location near Mangga Besar street is ideal for party people, with easy access to street food and convenience stores. If you need to catch a train, the train station is just a short distance away. the staff is amazing and always willing to help with any needs you may have. Plus, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with great facilities like super-soft mattresses and clean bathrooms.
The restaurant options may not be as varied as you'd like.
